  • How do i order?
    You can message us on instagram, facebook or contact us via this website to enquire on placing an order. We aim to get back to all enquiries within 48 hours.
  • How much notice do we need to give to make a booking?
    we kindly ask for at least 2 days notice for a booking to be placed however we can sometimes accommodate last minute orders, in this case please fill out the enquiry form via the website and we will do our best to see what we can do. of course, the more in advance the booking the better!
  • Do you take a deposit upon booking?
    Yes, we require a 50% deposit to be paid upon booking to secure your date on all orders over £100. The final settlement due date is noted upon your booking. Please note, that we cannot hold dates and these can only be secured once a deposit is paid.
  • Will you use images from our event on the The Yorkshire Graze Box social media?
    Yes, unless our customers explicitly ask us not to use images taken at their event we will use them across our platforms.
  • Do you supply plates, cutlery and napkins
    We don't usually supply plates, cutlery or napkins but wooden cutlery, bamboo plates and white paper napkins can be provided at an extra cost. Please enquire if you are interested
